To unlock the image of a connected rear view camera or other external video source while driving.
The interface is only connected briefly to the OBD connector to program the car .

The interface can be used only once!
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The reputation of moving pictures while driving is prohibited in many states by law , or liability insurance. In Germany the driver without specific prohibition is responsible for ensuring that his vision and his hearing are not affected by technical devices. The TV-free is to allow only the passenger and other vehicle occupants TV and DVD function while driving.
